Take your significant other on a walk at the beach, or wooded park.
If your honey likes camping bring your RV or trailer or tent.
Prepare some hot cocoa, or if you want a fancy coffee, if you are not inclined in the kitchen get some Starbucks.
Make or buy some chocolate covered strawberries or other fruit in season.
Get dressed really warmly if it is chilly outside and make sure you have heat of some type in the RV,or trailer or tent.
You can bring other snacks or get "take out" too. You can start a romantic fire and have wine coolers/champagne/hot cocoa or coffee by the fire.
Bring a favorite board game to play with your honey.
Spend a few hours or a whole day enjoying each other's company!
