Get a french music CD at your local library
Get a french foreign movie (again borrow from the library if short on funds) or watch a regular movie in french or with french/english subtitles
Learn how to say I love you in french
Write a french love note using google translate
get french wine (or put out your fancy China and glasses with fancy grape juice look at Whole Foods or your local gourmet store)
THAT is a cool romantic thing that you would do for a woman that you LOVE and means the WORLD to her you would GIVE her the WORLD!
